I work since more than 10 years in communication and
I’ve started my professional growth at Marzotto fashion company – communication&advertising division, working for mMissoni and Marlboro Classics seasonal communication campaigns. Afterwards, I worked as trendsetter and marketing researcher at Baba Consulting of Milan, dealing with consumer insights and behaviors, analysis of market scenarios and market trends for brand companies and advertising agencies.
Then, had been working in Brussels, at EuroIDEES aisbl as communication, event and pr manager.
From 2009, I work at Foote Cone & Belding Communications Milan, advertising network headquartered in New York and Chicago. Year by year, I’ve held different roles, assignments and ever-incrasing responsabilities. The six months Employee Transfer Agreement at Beiersdorf SpA as POS specialist, added to me a further value thanks to the experience in a company and working from the client side.
I’ve always worked for International clients.
Currently, I mostly deal with integrated communication and social media for Mondelez International (Oreo and TUC brands) and Alpargatas (Havaianas brand) companies' brands, managing communication campaigns, brand and corporate projects, accountability and budget allocation, competitive monitoring and analysis, brand reviews, consumer insights, product and communication concepts.
Last but not least, I continuously improve my personal knowledge in social media and blogging.
I think change is the fuel of the professional growth, such as permanence is the stone on which to build a strong professional identity.
